Award-winning poet to speak tonight

Northwest Missouri State University is hosting an award winning poet and performer, Patrick Roche tonight - author of An Exercise in Necromancy where Roche explores mental health, grief, sexuality, disordered eating, body image , and more.

Roche also serves as an ambassador for the JED Foundation, promoting mental and emotional health, suicide prevention, and substance abuse awareness. A 2014 graduate of Princeton University, Roche majored in Classics and Education with a focus on Latin and Greek Poetry.

The event is scheduled tonight from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the J.W. Jones Student Union living room.
